Bob Klepinger
Principal
Bob Klepinger is the founding principal and a Managing Member of Glenwood Development Company LLC. Before Glenwood, Bob was a regional manager for HSW Investments, a national shopping center development company based in Florida. In this capacity he oversaw the development and leasing of grocery-anchored centers in Oceanside and Rowland Heights, California. Prior to HSW, he was employed as Real Estate Manager for Cardon Investments, a privately-held real estate investment company based in Mesa, Arizona. Bob has been directly involved in the development, leasing and acquisition of over 2.0 million square feet of retail and office space. He earned a BA in Finance from Arizona State University in 1983.
