Mr. Klepinger is the founding principal and a Managing Member of Glenwood Development Company LLC. Before Glenwood, Bob was a regional manager for HSW Investments, a national shopping center development company based in Florida. In this capacity he oversaw the development and leasing of grocery-anchored centers in Oceanside and Rowland Heights, California. Prior to HSW, he was employed as Real Estate Manager for Cardon Investments, a privately-held real estate investment company based in Mesa, Arizona. Bob has been directly involved in the development, leasing and acquisition of over 2.0 million square feet of retail and office space. He earned a BA in Finance from Arizona State University in 1983.
Mr. Kost is a principal and Managing Member of Glenwood Development Company LLC. As Glenwood's Director of Development since 1999, he has overseen more than 1 million square feet of commercial development. Jeff is responsible for entitlement, leasing and construction management, and is involved in fostering investor relationships and sourcing new project opportunities. Prior to Glenwood, Jeff was the area operations manager for Edwards Theaters, Inc., in Southern California. He attended California State University Northridge, and is a Certified Construction Manager through Arizona State University’s construction management program.
Brad Forsgren is a principal at Glenwood and is its CFO and designated broker. He is also a Managing Member of various Glenwood sponsored ventures. Mr. Forsgren joined the Glenwood team in 2002 and plays an integral role in finance, accounting, project analysis and investor relations. Brad attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he graduated with honors and received a Bachleor's and Master's degree in Accounting.
Tyler Klepinger is the Controller for Glenwood Development Company and is responsible for the Company's day-to-day accounting operations. Prior to Glenwood, Tyler was the assistant controller at Ensemble Real Estate Solutions where his duties included accounting and investor reporting for the hotel investment division. Preceding that, he was a financial analyst at The Wolff Company, a $3.0 billion private equity firm involved in multi-family acquisition and development. Tyler was also a tax associate with Ernst & Young in their Washington, D.C. and Phoenix offices. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Tyler was the controller for a software development company called Txtwire Technologies. Tyler earned a Master's of Accountancy Degree from Idaho State University, and a Bachelor's of Accounting Degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Rogers helps direct the planning, permitting, construction and tenant coodination for all of Glenwood's properties. Prior to Glenwood, Jarom represented tenants and landlords in the acquistion and management of residential, multi-family and commercial real estate. Jarom also managed site pad development for single-family homes and national retail users. He graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance, and is a licensed realtor. Jarom is an Arizona native and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
